Welcome to Urban Ink Collective. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our services, both in-studio and online. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Urban Ink Collective offers tattooing and related consultation services.

• All tattoos are performed by experienced professionals in a clean and safe environment.
• Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid identification is required.
• Consultation appointments are available to discuss tattoo ideas, designs, and placement.

2. Appointments and Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
• Deposits are applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to the new appointment date. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling at the discretion of the artist.

3. Payment

• Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the tattoo.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, and other methods as specified by the studio.
• Prices vary based on tattoo size, design complexity, and time required. Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and may be subject to change.

4. Health and Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities during the consultation.
• Urban Ink Collective adheres to strict hygiene protocols, including the use of sterilized equipment and disposable materials.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them to ensure proper healing.
• Urban Ink is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling occurs within the specified notice period.
• Refunds for completed tattoos are not offered. If you have concerns about your tattoo, contact us to discuss touch-ups or adjustments.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Urban Ink Collective artists are the intellectual property of the studio and its artists.
• Custom designs may not be replicated or reproduced without the artist’s permission.
• Photos of tattoos may be used by Urban Ink Collective for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing.

7. Liability

• Urban Ink Collective is not liable for adverse reactions caused by allergies, medical conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• The studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from client-requested changes to designs or placements after the tattoo has begun.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Urban Ink Collective reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior.
• Intoxication or influence of drugs or alcohol during the appointment.
• Requests for offensive, discriminatory, or illegal tattoos.

9. Changes to Terms

Urban Ink Collective reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the studio.
